My experience with the Orthopedic Ward has pretty much been A+. We have had to stay here, so far, for two weeks and there are still an unknown amount of days to go... but the staff have been professional and compassionate. Apparently, there has been staff shortage and issues with that... however, there have been enough kind and caring souls to totally make up for any kinks in the system, so far. Through the immense pain and frustration of being bed ridden and much so forth... we have experienced some very lovely, caring, beautiful souls among the medical staff even if they were not in their typical work station that night or day. Great people. Even if any blips in comfort or care... truly, overall, I feel a professionalism here and a working system, whatever it is. May this hospital only get more resources and amazing people to fill in those spots that need filling. Things have been hard. Really hard. But Moses Cone has totally worked with us so far. And I, and my person, are greatly appreciative.

Terrible experience here for me right now. Nurses act like they don’t want to be bothered in the emergency department and after you’re admitted. The nurses forget you’re even here. I only see my doctor(whom I did not even know was my doctor) for a couple(2) of minutes today. I was admitted last night. I could have been gone by now like everybody else on this floor but my doctor never came back to check on me. I don’t need no fake response from the owner either.

My daughter got seen in peds by Dr Kuhner and nurse Lindsay and I just want to say thank you so much! Everyone made my daughter comfortable and made me at ease through our visit. I felt validated by Dr. Kuhner and seen. I appreciate the first thing he did when he came in the room was shake my hand. You never know what doctor you will get when you come to the hospital or what the team may be like and it is NERVE RACKING. So to have a good experience means everything.

Tell me why everytime my mom go's there throwing up, it takes 6 -16 HOURS JUST TO GET SEEN. I understand there are people there who are dyeing, but my mom is miserable not being able to eat or drink, one person careing could change her whole life. but anyways when she dose get seen, she is simply handed an iv bag and then is discharged. Why? Yall dont care she keeps comeing and its always the same reason? I went to a hospital in Winston Salem, and they asked me something I will always remember. "what does Your primary doctor do to help" and he made me realize my doctor brushes off my pain. I go with her and she never been asked any short of questions like that. "Whats youre diet" "whats youre liveing situation" "how offen dose this happen" this hospital doesn't care! If they did they did my momma would have gotten better 11 years ago. I pray either you get better nurses and docters, more rooms for the emergency area. And hope yall understand why I am deeply upset. And left this review. And If anyone can relate to this i'm sorry for you and youre loved ones.

My nephew had a quick procedure yesterday morning at this facility by Dr Bates. First, valet were super helpful and quick. When I say the hospital staff were AMAZING from the moment I walked through the door?!! The ladies at the entrance were very polite and let me know exactly where to go wait as my sister was in the back in Admissions. Although it was full I was able to find seating for three although I arrived 30 min prior without holding seats. During pre-op Sierra CRN was extremely patient and kind with my nephew. I dashed out to grab a recovery gift for him and was able to step in the Recovery area to bring his balloons prior to leaving. Thank you to the transport who helped settle him in his room overnight. To the nurses who looked over him those 12 hours, you are greatly appreciated. Especially Bridgette in the PICU, you really made my sister at ease! You are truly a blessing!!! I’m overly satisfied with services rendered.
